General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 250 pcs of a similar design. 

2. Can I split my order of 250pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 125 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 250 pcs of each design.

3. What are the accepted file formats?

We currently accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

4. Can you send a few samples to try?

We can send you a few assorted samples to try free of cost. Let us know in the message section when you ask for a quote. .

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 2-2.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via bank transfer, debit card and credit card. Payment via bank transfer is free. However, we charge payment gateway fee of 2.9% if you wish to pay via debit or credit card.
